Mr. Pluffy started from the idea that Filipino street merchants could be empowered by transforming their carts into innovative, colorful, modern food carts present nationwide.
On March 1, 2009, the decision was made to begin the project with a product that never failed to bring smiles to children and adults alike - cotton candy. And so, Mr. Pluffy was born.
